PROSPER selling framework - Low floor, facing rubbish chute/MRT track/main road

In 2019, I was tasked with assisting 4 HDB owners to sell their 2nd floor HDB. Some of the problems they faced:
  • Been marketing for close to a year
  • Tried various agents and felt there isn’t any accountability (who have viewed their place and why they decided not to buy)
  • Took time-off or rush back from a trip to have viewers stepped in and for left after a minute
  • Disheartened, fear and worried about their plans
